Badgers Finish Up at NSU Shark Invitational

Badgers+Finish+Up+at+NSU+Shark+Invitational

The Spring Hill College men’s golf team finished up at the NSU Shark Invitational, placing 15th with a tournament score of 917 (305-297-315) at the par-71 Grande Oaks Golf Club on Tuesday.

The Badgers finished 14 spots behind the winner, Florida Southern, who shot a three-over-par 855.

Chris Brignet (77-68-76—221) recorded a career-low 68 during the second round and a career-low tournament score of 221. The redshirt junior led Spring Hill while tying for 34th individually. Kevin Tobertge (74-76-78—228) carded a career-low 74 during the first round and tied for 59th. Luc Weyell (77-75-81—233) tied for 75th overall, followed by Hudson Carr(77-78-83—238), who tied for 85th. Nichoals Couchard finished 87th overall with a three-round score of 240 (79-81-80).
