Spring Hill College’s Hudson Carr earned the Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC) Golfer of the Month award, the league announced Monday.
This is the first time that Carr has earned the monthly conference award in his career. He placed 12th at the Full Moon Invitational, hosted by Montevallo, on Sept. 12. He recorded a career-low two-round tournament score of 145 (74-71). The sophomore out of Memphis, Tenn., placed ahead of fellow SIAC member Miles’ entire lineup at the tournament.
