Badger Women’s Basketball Releases 2023-24 Schedule

Badger+Womens+Basketball+Releases+2023-24+Schedule

The Spring Hill College women’s basketball team released its 2023-24 season schedule, featuring 12 home games, on Friday.

The Badgers will tip off their season with a road exhibition in Lafayette, La., against Division I Sun Belt Conference member Louisiana on Nov. 6. They will then open the regular season by hosting West Florida on Nov. 15, followed by Eckerd on Nov. 18.

West Florida will host Spring Hill on Nov. 21. SHC will remain on the road for the start of SIAC play at Albany State on Nov. 25, then at Fort Valley State on Nov. 27.

The Badgers will open December at the Arthur R. Outlaw Recreation Center against Clark Atlanta on Dec. 2. The following week, Spring Hill will host William Carey on Dec. 11.

SHC will hop back on the road for Jacksonville, Fla., to take on Edward Waters on Dec. 16, followed by a trip up to Savannah, Ga., to face Savannah State on Dec. 18.

The Badgers will start the new year with four straight conference games against Benedict (Jan. 4), Allen (Jan. 6), Central State (Jan. 13) and Kentucky State (Jan. 15)

Following the new year homestand, Spring Hill will go up to Jackson, Tenn., for a game at Lane on Jan. 20. Then the team will head over to Memphis, Tenn., to finish the road trip at LeMoyne-Owen on Jan. 22.

Spring Hill will return home to host in-state conference foe Tuskegee on Jan. 27, before heading to Fairfield, Ala., to take on Miles on Jan. 29. The Golden Bears will make their return trip the very next game, taking on the Badgers in Mobile on Feb. 5.

The final home games of the regular season will be against LeMoyne-Owen on Feb. 10 and Lane on Feb. 12.

The Badgers will conclude their season with road games at Tuskegee on Feb. 17, Kentucky State on Feb. 24 and Central State on Feb. 26.

The SIAC Championships are scheduled for March 2-9, 2024.
