Spring Hill Men’s Soccer Falls at West Alabama

The Spring Hill College men’s soccer team fell 3-0 to West Alabama in Sunday’s Gulf South Conference match at Tiger Stadium.

West Alabama’s Richard Lopez and Baronyi Kengeye connected in the 27th minute to take a 1-0 lead. Michael Bell scored for the Tigers after getting an assist from Potien Lembo in the 43rd minute. UWA’s Oneal David found David Nunez in the 54th minute for one more goal.

Spring Hill was awarded six corner kicks to West Alabama’s five. Martin Gomez made seven saves, one shy of matching his career high. The Badgers took nine shots, with six being on goal.
