Women’s Golf Tees Off Season at Full Moon Invitational

Womens+Golf+Tees+Off+Season+at+Full+Moon+Invitational

The Spring Hill College women’s golf team finished tied for fifth in the Montevallo Full Moon Invitational at the Timberline Golf Club on Tuesday.

The Badgers shot 24 over par in the first round, before shooting 35 over in the second round. Spring Hill finished three spots behind the winner and host, Montevallo, who shot two over then 15 over.

Molly Kirkman (T12) recorded a career-low 72 in the first round before shooting 82 in the second round and totaling a career-low two-round score of 153. Evie Graves (76-78—154) carded a career-low two-round tournament score and tied for 15th. Natalia Michas (78-81—159) tied for 27th, while Ella Katherine Parker (83-78—161) tied for 31st. Michelle Lorio(88-84—172) placed 38th overall.
