The Spring Hill College women’s soccer team fell 1-0 to Eckerd after a late penalty goal at Johnson Field on Sunday afternoon.

Carlotta Stark made four saves and kept a clean sheet in the first half while facing 10 shots. In the second half, Ciara Bridges committed a foul in the penalty box in the 79th minute, leading to a Triton penalty goal. Spring Hill fell to 0-2-0 in the loss, while Eckerd improved to 1-1-0.
