The Spring Hill College men’s soccer team fell to Lynn, 2-0, in its season opener at Library Field on Thursday.
Lynn found the back of the net in the opening minutes of the match and tacked on an insurance goal late in the second half to secure the 2-0 victory.
Spring Hill goalkeeper Martin Gomez made seven saves while facing 12 shots on goal in his collegiate debut. Out of the five shots the Badgers rattled off during the match, four were on target.
