On Nov. 4, 2018, TEDxSpringHillCollege challenged attendees to look beyond the surface of everyday life into the elements that make up its foundation. The event focused on discovering the beauty of these connections and the intricate ways they each shape your view of our world. The theme for this year’s event was “deeper” and talks encouraged attendees to peer into the depths of science, technology, language, business, and every field of study imaginable to find deeper meaning than what meets the eye. Guests left the event ready to explore and rethink their own experiences—their jobs, hobbies, interests—with renewed appreciation, unearthing insight in the most unlikely places.

The event featured seven speakers from around the country and over one hundred community members were in attendance. The live event video recording gained more than one thousand views in the first week alone on the college’s Livestream account.
