Spring Hill College men’s tennis student-athlete Hugo Blasco Granell was named the SIAC Men’s Tennis Player of the Week, the league announced Wednesday.
Blasco Granell earned his second-consecutive weekly honor after defending his undefeated streak (8-0) in singles play on the road this weekend. On Saturday, he defeated his opponent from Dillard (7-5, 7-5) and on Sunday he claimed another victory against Xavier (La.) (7-6, 7-2).
