Spring Hill College infielder Macy Holt was named the SIAC Softball Player of the Week, the league announced Wednesday.
Holt earned her first weekly honor after helping lead the Badgers to a series sweep against Tuskegee over the weekend. In her first full series back, she led Spring Hill at the plate totaling five hits, five runs and six RBI in 12 at-bats.
On defense, she held a perfect (1.000) fielding percentage with five putouts and three assists. This is the first weekly conference award of the redshirt senior’s careers.
