The Spring Hill College women’s soccer team fell 2-0 to Valdosta State in Friday’s Gulf South Conference match at the VSU Soccer Complex.
Valdosta State opened scoring in the 34th minute and carried the 1-0 lead into halftime. The Blazers sealed the victory in the 87th minute with another goal.
Carlotta Stark made eight saves while facing 22 shots. Spring Hill took three shots and placed two on goal. The Badgers committed a single foul while VSU committed seven.
