The Spring Hill College men’s soccer team fell 4-2 on the road to Embry-Riddle at the ERAU Soccer Stadium on Friday night.
Embry-Riddle struck first with a goal in the 13th minute to make it 1-0. Spring Hill answered in the 33rdminute when Brennan LeBlanc found the back of the net to tie the match at 1-1. The Eagles responded with three straight unanswered goals in the second half to take a 4-1 lead. After a litany of yellow cards and a final red card was given to Embry-Riddle near the penalty box, Brett Stow scored off a free kick in the 89th minute to leave the match at 4-2 in favor of the Eagles.
