Responding to the overwhelming devastation endured by the Bahamas by Hurricane Dorian, Spring Hill will accept donations to support the rebuilding efforts of the Archdiocese of Nassau. Donations can be made in Campus Ministry or through Venmo @Spring Hill College-College.
Hurricane Dorian struck the islands on Sept. 1. According to CNN, The Bahamas’ National Emergency Management Agency has estimated that nearly 2,500 people are still missing in the aftermath. An estimated 50 people were killed, and residents are dealing with wide-spread damage and shortages.
