Game two of the doubleheader was played to a 3-3 tie in the top of the seventh inning before being suspended due to light. A decision on the game will be announced at a later time.

The Badgers (1-11) put up a fight against the Tigers (13-7), who were ranked 13th in the latest National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) Division II National Poll.

Airyonna Weaver paced the Badgers at the plate while going 1-for-3 and bringing home Macy Holt, who scored a run in her first appearance of the season.

West Alabama opened scoring in the first inning before Holt scored on a throw in the third inning to tie the game at 1-1. UWA scored three more runs between the fourth and sixth innings and did not allow any more from SHC.

Spring Hill fell 4-1 in the first game and had game two tied at 3-3 in the top of the seventh before the game was suspended due to a lack of daylight.
