Carr Ties for 13th Ram Spring Invitational

Carr+Ties+for+13th+Ram+Spring+Invitational

The Spring Hill College men’s golf team finished 8th while being led by Hudson Carr, who tied for 13th, at the Ram Spring Invite on Tuesday.

The Badgers (314-304-314—932) finished seven spots behind the winner, William Carey, who shot a tournament score of 880. The Ram Spring Invite marked the beginning of the spring season for Spring Hill.

Carr (78-76-73—227) led SHC and tied for 13th individually. Chris Brignet(79-77-79—235) tied for 28th through three rounds of play. Luc Weyell (80-79-78—237) tied for 31st.

Nicholas Couchard (78-76-84—238) and Kevin Tobergte (79-75-84—238) tied for 34th. Luke Barnes (78-82-79—239) tied for 38th and Benjamin Smith (90-75-87—252) tied for 46th, both represented the Badgers as individuals. Smith’s second round score matched his career low of 75.
